For customers logging into the App-11 (https://app-11.pm.appneta.com) and App-13 (https://app-13.pm.appneta.com) application node, we have scheduled an emergency maintenance update on Thursday, August 8th, 20:00 EST for AppNeta Performance Manager.

We have detected an issue with a revoked digital signature in the Windows Software Sequencer. Instance maintenance is required to deploy the updated digital signature. AppNeta deployments not currently using Windows Software Sequencers are not affected. Following maintenance, affected users will be able to download a new Windows Sequencer installer normally from 'Manage Monitoring Points' settings page.

* The downtime will be less than 10 mins and there will be no data loss, the customers will not be able to login during the upgrade.

* Advanced Voice Assessments and Voice/Video Tests that are either scheduled to
start or are running during this window will need to be restarted.
